Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you would like to return an item(s), we offer a 14-day no-quibble money-back guarantee policy. Just return the product within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the price of the product. Signature Hair is not responsible for any shipping/postage costs associated with sending and returning orders. Please note all discounted or SALE items are final unless the product is faulty. Unfortunately, Signature Hair is unable to accept any returned items after 14 days of the order being received by customers.

Signature Hair is UNABLE to accept any product/merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, colored, cut, or washed) in any way or products that have been removed from the cable ties.  According to the Health and Safety Regulation, human hair products that have been used cannot be returned. This includes removing the hair from the bundle. Signature Hair adheres to strict policies regarding the return of hair, hygiene concerns, and the law. If the product is unwanted, please return the product unopened in its original and resalable condition.

Signature Hair will thoroughly examine returned products. If the product has been returned unused and is in its original condition, Signature Hair will process your refund.  Please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days to show on your bank statement (dependent on your bank)

Signature Hair Exchanges

At its sole discretion, Signature Hair may agree to customers exchange products or portions of a product under the following conditions: Applications must be made within 14 days of receiving the product (s). Any exchange request after 14 days will not be accepted.

Signature Hair will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way. We adhere to strict policies regarding the return of hair, hygiene concerns, and the law. Please return the item in its original condition and resalable condition.

To process an exchange, the desired product would be sent back at the customers’ expense. This should be returned through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation.  Signature Hair will not be responsible for any lost packages. Once the product has been received, it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value. Please note, that customers will be required to cover the difference if exchanged for a greater value and the shipping costs. Please be advised, that exchanged items are usually shipped within 1-3 working days upon receipt of shipping payment.
